Managing Director; Founder and Owner
Dr. Beatrice Herrmann has been working in the
consulting industry for more than 15 years. She has worked across multiple
jurisdictions (Switzerland, Germany, Asia, Australia).
Starting her career, she focused on the field of change management while working for Accenture, a global management, consulting, and technology services company. Throughout her career, she continued to consult companies and developed new business relationships in the financial and hospitality industry, adding value for her clients through her broad experience as a project manager, business consultant, and advisor. She also offers coaching sessions, leadership development programs and mediation sessions to individual and corporate clients.
She has managed very diverse projects throughout the financial industry. Recent projects include a business impact assessment, analysing the differences between the core banking platform used by a private bank in Europe and the current platform in APAC; the complete review of high tax risk client accounts for an international bank; setting up and running the program management office for an IT and processes hubbing project as well as setting up a training program for client facing staff based on regulatory requirements.
While pursuing a doctoral degree in business administration (focusing on the incentive systems in the hospitality industry and their implications on the service quality), she continued to consult companies in the financial industry and developed new business relationships in the hospitality industry in Switzerland through several projects.
Having finalized her PhD, she relocated to Asia, first to Hong Kong, then to Singapore, where she currently continues adding value for her clients through her broad experience as a project manager, business consultant, and advisor in change management related topics.
Continuously enhancing her skill set, she successfully completed the Intensive Coaching Training Program offered by Results Coaching Systems in July 2009. She continues to competently offer coaching sessions and leadership development programs to individual and corporate clients. She has recently added Mediation to her field of expertise, acting as an Associate Mediator for the Singapore Mediation Center.
Dr. Beatrice Herrmann holds a doctoral degree (PhD) from the University of Berne, Switzerland, is a certified professional coach (NeuroLeadership Group) and an associate mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
She speaks English and German fluently and is able to communicate in French and Spanish.
